2-Day Yoga Student Training with River Davis, Yoga Tribe, Samstag, 07. September 2019


Here we focus on the fundamentals of asana alignment and anatomy as well as yoga philosophy and its scientific foundations. Students will learn how yoga can become more a way of life rather than a class one participates in. Students will leave the workshop feeling confident that they can apply what they learned in the outside world and on the mat.

9am - 10am: Pranic Breath: Discovering your Pranayama practice 


10am - 1pm: Hatha Movement: Posture & Awareness Series 1


1pm - 2:30pm: Lunch


2:30pm - 3:00pm: Yoga in Everyday Life: Lecture


3pm - 5pm: Hatha Movement: Posture & Awareness Series 2


5:00pm - 5:30pm: Movement: Let’s get moving 


5:30pm - 6pm: Into the Om: Rolling Oms & Meditation


SUNDAY
