Selected Lean Tools for effective Project Execution

In this workshop, we combine theory and practice though interactive exercises to develop a working knowledge of select lean tools to enhance your project management skills.

Our journey (and tools):

Decide slowly, considering alternatives and implement the benefit of the Nemawashi approach.
Examine how to understand requirements (by translating the Voice of Customer).
Engage your team in the generation of creative solutions(with exercises in Divergent Thinking & Driver Tree analysis).
Then logically select between the “good” alternatives to choose the “best” solution (using a Pugh Matrix).

Mastering a range of project management tools enables youto select the most appropriate tool for the task at hand.
