Yoga and Meditation inside or outside !, YogHappiness, Montag, 29. April 2019

Join me for a small group Yoga class (4 people max) at my home studio or in the garden if the weather permits.
This class will allow you to progress faster or focus on specific problems, they also give you personalized attention from your Yoga teacher.
During this class we will approach the therapeutic side of Yoga, by focusing on mindfulness meditation and body sensations. 
Program of the class :
- 1h Hatha yoga class to learn about the Asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercise), mantras and Chakras (seats of energy). 
- 15 minutes of Relaxing meditation
Each class will allow you to strengthen, stretch, meditate and learn to breathe well.
The courses can be practiced by practitioners of all levels, and are particularly suitable for beginners.
After the class, you can have a cup of tea or herbal tea and you will have time to talk and ask me question.

Good to Know :

Classes in English and/or French

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class to prepare for your practice

Put on comfortable clothes

Turn off your phones when you arrive

Inform the teacher of any injuries or difficulties you may have

Always listen to your body and never force it. You will become more and more comfortable with the postures as you practice.

Mats, props and refreshments are provided

Train station "Oberrieden" at 2 minutes walk or "Oberrieden Dorf" at 10 minutes walk

You can use yellow or white parking space

Any session not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance is due
