Yoga Office Break

A class adapted to all people who spend a lot of time sitting at a desk and in front of a computer! 1 hour of gentle yoga to allow you to bring movement back throughout the body, energize and release your stress. During this practice we will work on mobility, relaxation, posture and eyes well-being! Finish your week gently and enjoy your weekend in a really good shape! Good to Know : • Classes in English • Please arrive 10 minutes before the class to prepare for your practice • Put on comfortable clothes • Turn off your phones when you arrive • Inform the teacher of any injuries or difficulties you may have • Always listen to your body and never force it.
